Insta Worthy Glasgow - Food

If you are anything like me and my friends, at least 20 photos will be taken before we even think about trying our meals. Whether you are a student in Glasgow, a local or even just visiting for a short break, these hidden gems are a must do. From pancakes to pizza these are my favourites in the city and would recommend anyone to try them.

1. Paesano Pizza (94 Miller Street)

Paesano is literally pizza heaven. They make by far, the best pizza I've ever tasted and the restaurant has a really good vibe. If you are on a student budget this place is perfect for you with pizzas starting at just £5. *Heart eyes emoji*

2. Bread Meats Bread (104 Saint Vincent Street)

If you aren't counting your calories or its cheat day (again?) this place is amazing. From the pictures you can probably tell this isn't the heathiest option but the loaded fries are honestly worth every single calorie.

3. Black Vanilla (553 Duke Street)

If you like cake and milkshake this is 100% a must do. These milkshakes taste even better than they look and are definitely insta worthy. I would recommend death by chocolate- a chocolate milkshake with chocolate flakes, Maltesers, ice cream and a massive slice of chocolate cake. Amazing.

4. Loop and Scoop (665 Great Western Road)

Admittedly I am not a massive churros fan however these were too cute to pass up on, and probably were the best I've ever had. If you are a lover of churros or like me, just want a good picture for your insta story then this is the place for you.

5.  Tantrum Donuts (Gordon Street/ Yorkhill)

If you couldn't tell already, I have a very sweet tooth. If you too enjoy the occasional (or not so occasional) donut then you need to visit Tantrum. Tantrum is another Glasgow gem and has two stores, one based in the city centre and one in the west end.

6. Bibimap (3 West Nile Street)

Last but not least is the Korean restaurant Bibimap. This place has the cutest décor I have ever seen and is definitely worth a visit. Admittedly I am basic and only tried the fried chicken however I have heard great things about all their dishes.

Ps. Thanks for reading! And if your stomach is rumbling as much as mines is, I apologise. Share and comment!
